I dont know where Id be without this company! Ive used them several times before, but forgot how great they are! My GHD Platinum straighteners began flashing red, beeping and not working on the Tuesday morning (one section of hair before Id be finished of course) I emailed ION Originals later that morning to check they could repair my model, I had a reply within one hour to confirm they could, so I sent the GHDs from the Post Office around 1pm that day I got an email on Thursday lunchtime to confirm what work theyd carried out, and the tracking ID for the return delivery was emailed to me almost immediately after. My repaired GHDs were delivered back to me at lunchtime on the Friday! Great and prompt service, excellent communications, super efficient service! Thank you ION Originals

Had my ghd platinum straighteners repaired by Ion originals , so easy to arrange and much cheaper than I expected. Id read online about the red ring of death with ghds and so many repair services wont fix platinum models. I was worried Id have to spend hundreds on new ones but Ion originals had them back to me within a week as good as new for a fraction of the price! I was kept informed by email and text from start to finish and Id highly recommend them to anyone . Thank you!
