        came back as was well over due test & been here, before not impressed with staff out front not very helpful & said would call me following day and have not mind lady testing my eyes was lovely & great

        The staff were great and very reassuring at my last eye test, I was confident that they were able to help me make the best choices and didnt feel pressured into making a quick decision. On choosing frames the staff were on hand but generally left me to browse at my own pace. Everything about my new lenses was explained fully so I was sure of the choices available. I highly recommend the staff in the Alnwick branch, not just for myself but for others her family members too!
