I sought help from Philippa after suffering an attack of Gout, I made the suggested changes to my diet and my Uric acid levels began to fall resulting in No more Gout attacks in the last 6 months, as a bonus I have also been enjoying weight loss without considering myself to be on a weight loss diet along with feeling healthier overall. I am so grateful to Philippa for the results I have enjoyed.

Pip has been a godsend. She has helped 3 generations of my family with nutrition and exercise. What she advises works, you just need to have the commitment. My son is very focused and committed, my mother, less so! Pip has a friendly, non judgemental, can-do attitude which she brings to her appointments. Pip is a very well qualified nutritionist. She is a warm and caring individual and very easy to talk to and well informed in all matters health.
