        Castleview was our first choice of Carehome for our 93 year old Mum when she needed more care than we could give at home. The home had a great QCC report with an "excellent" for responsiveness. From my first phone call with the manager I was impressed and happy. Mum was installed in a lovely bright sunny room near to a small but beautifully furnished lounge leading on to a patio. The home is immaculately clean, warm and inviting. The staff are so friendly and caring. They know the residents and are aware of all their needs. The doctor or the Community Matron are called in when necessary but attend every Friday. The facilities are great and the food is home made and tasty. The staff make the home with their cheerful tactile manner. They are the right people for this very difficult job. I cannot recommend this home highly enough.
