Amazing, friendly and professional service. Whilst travelling along the A1, my exhaust started to rattle. I came off at Alnwick and phoned GBM motors. They managed to fit me in pretty much there and then. They quickly identified and fixed the issue allowing me to continue my journey.

My vehicle was barely driveable due to an issue with the clutch pedal and was parked in the Premier Inn opposite. Contacted GBM for advice driving back to Leeds (if at all possible and safe to do so), and was aware having made a previous call just 10 minutes earlier, that they could not undertake any work on the car and were only in the garage for 2 hours. This I totally understood considering NYE was upon us. The guy however, was willing to take a quick look and took my vehicle for a short drive. He was extremely willing to help me out and offer advice at such short notice. Appeared like a very genuine guy and would highly recommend to people frequenting the area. Thanks.

What a fantastic place. I damaged my car, the night before I was due to return back home to Plymouth. I got a recommendation to visit this garage for help, so with trepidation, the next morning I did. The gentleman I saw could not have been more helpful. Within a few minutes, he got my car roadworthy and legal and wouldnt accept any money for the job. We got back safe and sound, but my memory of this garage lives on as the place that saved the day; thank you GBM Motors

Don't usually leave reviews, but the service from geoff and dan is always fantastic. Taken both my recent cars to them and wouldn't go anywhere else now. On top of being reasonably priced and reliable they are honest and genuine! Would recommend anyone.
