        Customer service... non, phoned,straight to answer phone, could not leave message as message box was full.car parking.... non, not been any car park for at least 2 years,however on line information still claims car parking on site. Shower was a joke, the base was mouldy and leaked,the control unit was not secure and was heavily plastered with sealant , never got beyond tepid. Bed was fine, location is good. All in all cannot see how it achieves any star rating. Pay more and stay somewhere else!

        DON'T USE THIS PLACE TO STAY . It is not a hotel at all. There is no reception, no owner or manager lives there. I called the number that was hidden on back entrance The cleaner came to show the room Later realising there was no parking on site as advertised and also no wifi i text and got a reply sorry!! Later wanted to open the window - It would not open, and no air in the room, text to check and reply was sorry does not open!! Radiator rusty leaking with bowl under it Cobwebs in ceiling Window cracked Shower has to have the sink tap running to get it going Whole place run down and not looked after Door to property open all the time - no security The only positive was the bed was clean It is the worst stay i have ever had. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE
