Exceptional service, it arrived a day earlier than expected..I ordered at 2pm..it arrived the next day..basically it means they got things sorted quickly and got it sent on the same afternoon. Cant praise you enough and can thoroughly recommend this company if you have never used them before. Excellent.thankyou.

Absolutely amazing service! Worth a visit for unique gifts and home wear! Visited this shop a year ago and fell in love with their collection of decorative handles. Over the past few months, my boyfriend and I have been transforming our spare room into a walk in dresser. We bought some bland wardrobes that needed something special to jazz them up and immediately thought of the handles I had seen in this shop a year ago. Decided to have a run to Alnwick in the chance that they might have the handles still in, and they did! We only had enough from the budget to buy three but asked if they would still have them in later on in the year when we would be able to pop up again to buy the other two we needed. The owner said that they would be able to keep them behind for us, but we mentioned we may not be up as soon as we would like. Without pausing he rushed, got the other two handles and told us we could take them, free of charge. We were very grateful for this lovely act of kindness as this will be the perfect finishing touch to our room! Thank you to the lovely man (who we didn't get his name) who served us today, we will sure be back up to visit (and spend) again as we have eyed many other lovely products in their store.
