I called on behalf of a friend who had a new front door and frame fitted by Kitson Windows a couple of months ago. It was proving troublesome to shut and lock properly. The door appeared to have 'settled' in the frame with initial use. The phone call resulted in the door fitter meeting me at my friend's house within a couple of hours and adjustments being made so that the door shuts and locks easily. Issue resolved 100% and done with courtesy and professionalism. Kitson Windows - 100% recommended "The true measure of service is not how one is treated when things go right but when things go wrong."

Windows replaced by Kitson about 3-4 years ago and I have always been very pleased with the results. Today I needed to replace some cloaking trim for around the windows as a result of bathroom alterations. The receptionist was very helpful, and my call was returned by Billy in the workshop who couldnt have been more helpful by providing the necessary trim. Thank you very much Kitson for a first class customer experience.
