Always received amazing service from this GP. If eConsult isnt available I always manage to get through on the phone to speak to someone, albeit there may be a wait but thats to be expected anywhere. Reception staff are always polite and professional. GPs and nurses always helpful and very thorough in appointments. Happy to have access to such a great GP practice

Left for two years without any progress. Errors from GPs, such as being sent for scans on wrong areas and forgetting to book surgery. Managing director didn't treat my concerns or me with any respect and, in the end, has just ignored my attempts to make contact. I intend to move away from Alnwick in the future for this reason.

Having recently moved to the area, I have nothing but praise for the service I have received from Alnwick medical group. I have been offered checkups and blood tests that were never provided at my previous practice and all members of staff that I have dealt with have been extremely pleasant and professional
