The staff here are terrible no real customer service and will try every way that can not to issues a replacement or refund I had to phone citizens advice while in store to get the manager to talk to them and have it explained to managers that my contract was with argos not the manufacturer and as such it was up to argos to return or replace or refund for the item concerned I try to avoid this shop now service is so bad now use curry's for electricals

Whatever you want is not in stock. The staff are unwilling or unable to order it in. If you want more than one item the chances are you will be sent to several different stores. When they go bankrupt because everyone is using Amazon instead they will wonder why.

Used to be able to go to Argos and get what you wanted straight away, but now its always out of stock and you have to go back later to collect. ( if at all most of the time its no longer available ) Its not down to Covid either its been like this for a long time . Can never get what i want . Always disappointed .
