Cussins Ltd

I recently purchased a home at Greystoke Ponteland. From having our first dealings with site contact Rob B for our first fix and home demonstration it was clear Rob goes above and beyond to help where he can. When we moved in, as to be expected, we have had identified some snags. Nothing major as the quality of our home build is excellent and to Cussins standard and reputation. Rob assured us that the snags would be resolved and he has been absolutely great, consistent and relentless in closing out our snags and chasing up suppliers and subcontractors. Rob has great customer relations on the whole site and everyone says good things. I recently spoke with a number of the workforce used by Cussins who also speak highly of Rob and only in a positive manner. I would highly recommend Cussins as a builder and even more so if Rob is playing a senior role in the development and after care of the project.

We are delighted with our new Cussins House in Swarland. Fantastic service by the site team to ensure we moved in on time. The post move in service is excellent to ensure complete satisfaction. High quality workmanship throughout- its a beautiful house and we are so glad we chose Cussins for our forever home. Over 3.5 years ago I moved into my new Cussins home in a lovely location, sadly my experience of buying a brand new house was not what I was expecting, instead it has been very frustrating. Minor snags were mostly sorted fairly quickly. Unfortunately I have had several more significant snags with the property which have not been sorted out quickly, 9 months for a subcontractor to remove a path and associated hardcore that was put in in error, and a year to sort out water pooling on my drive. I have put up with 3 years of noise from flapping roof membrane and 1.5 years of damp in my hallway, major work finally being done after my involvement of the warranty provider. Overall the aftercare provided has been poor for anything more than minor snags.

Moved into our new house August 2020, have had no issues only minor snagging which was all sorted out quickly and correctly - sometimes even on the same day as we highlighted them. We dealt with Robert who was always contactable on site and also by phone if we were at work etc to keep us informed. Really happy with the service Robert provided throughout the process and has always been happy to help with everything in a timely manner.
