Shouting and complaining while your trying to give them your information. Glaring at you while standing chewing gum. An absolute disgrace.

Understaffed, so quite a wait, the attending staff, whilst polite and concerned had no real expertise in terms of locating a suitable bandaging system.
One of the resulting purchases worked Ok, although the other alternative supplied was, on closer reading of the details, completely inappropriate.

The place is in serious need of improvement.
I would rather keep a pharmacy in the town but if Boots don't do something to resolve this very dilapidated shop and get enough staff to run an efficient service then I and I'm sure many others will probably move to getting medication via other providers
