Zero stars Waste of time calling this Barclays number. I simply wanted to speak to the branch but this central number just goes through a series of questions about the various services with constant apologies for the long delay and excuses for reduced staffing but then saying they are working from home so why reduce staffing? After 25 minutes on hold I managed to speak with someone who did not know the branch number. Which now means a 40 minute drive to the bank for something that could have taken 2 minutes on the phone. Appalling lack of service
