        Poor information guide to the property. Main oven did not work and after complaint still did not work after 9 days. Private Parking could not be used as garage doors were not working. Lack of cleaning cloths, tea towels etc. Not warned that beds were very, very, low ie Japanese style, not ideal for elderly people. One of the showers flooded the whole of bathroom floor and could not be used. Overall because of numerous problems it was overpriced and I would not return.
