First made contact with South West Relocation over five years ago looking for help and management services for a small unit of flats. We first had to secure the Freehold, make the property compliant and sort out Banking. Every piece of advice and service was produced with greatest professionalism. It's been my priviledge to deal with every member of staff, including Echo Coles (office pup). If I could give six stars they would be worth the service and help shown me since first contact.

Absolutely vile service from Shelley and SWR. Weve dealt with mould issues for over 3 years, only when threatened with court and legal action did they actually do anything. Repeatedly blamed the way we lived, despite all three flats on our side (ground, 1st and 2nd) all suffering the same issue. Our 3 year old daughter ended up with asthsma as a result. Always a completely different excuse e.g. roof leak that was mentioned and never fixed, windows apparently repointed despite this never being done, promised that the room that wed decorated would be redecorated due to the mould damage - this also never happened. Avoid this company at all costs.

I have just moved into a property managed by SWR and my experience has been great :-) Laurie, Ruth and Rebecca have been lovely to speak to and helpful in terms of getting me settled in.
