Brilliant staff, very helpful, lacking in areas. The site itself is good, plenty maps, buildings and stationary vehicles to hide in and behind. The shop was plenty stocked, the cafe had plenty to offer and the lunch was good and reasonably priced. The games seem very unbalanced and lead to frustration, my own team members were breaking rules and the opposition seemed to not know rules either, communication with the staff and players could be better. Staff did help me when my gun malfunctioned and that was very appreciated. I traveled quite far with my friends and partner and we all got split up into opposite teams, it was a little disheartening to not spend the day with my partner. Ive been visited three times and the experience quality has unfortunately gone down each time. I would go again but if the quality doesnt improve I wouldnt come again.

Decent site let down by poor management. Not having any free hydration available on a 26 degree day is unacceptable and dangerous. As a longtime player, the vast majority of sites offer free water or at least a refill point. Here the only hydration available was from the overpriced shop, taking advantage of a captive audience to make a profit. Constant announcements over the tannoy felt like advertising and very little time was provided between games to kit up or rehydrate. Even when most players were clearly loading magazines, marshals continued repetitive announcements. I understand that the games are on a schedule but some accounting for the state of the players should have been done. This was likely in part due to opening much later than advertised. We arrived before the gates opened to find a large queue, that only began to move around 8.50 instead of the promised 8.30. The system of having one band for entering, and one band for paying is redundant and slows things down. This could easily be combined into one process done on entry. Game modes were quite repetitive and the site clearly leaned more toward paintball than airsoft. Not worth travelling from Wales for.
