Refurbished Laptops

I don't know what this firm is up to but they seem not to supply Laptop that I ordered . I just sent them an e-mail either demanding what I ordered or a refund of my money as this seems weeks ago I ordered it , I don't why people review such service as to ME IT HAS BEEN REALLY BAD SERVICE , THE LAST TIME THAT CONTACT WITH ME WAS MADE WAS 2 WEEKS AGO AND ALTHOUGH I HAVE RUNG THEM AND AROUND 2 WEEKS AGO AND WAS TOLD THAT THE LAPTOP I ORDERED HAD FAILED ITS TEST AND WAS WAITING FOR SOME MORE TO COME IN I RANG THEM ON THE 12TH APRIL ANDTHE MAN ON THE OTHER END OF THE PHONE DID'NT HAVE A CLUE AS TO WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT SO AS TO A REVIEW UNLESS THINGS CHANGE THEN MY REVIEW WOULD BE IN STARS 1* AS THEY SEEM HOPLESS WITH THEIR CUSTOMER AND AS I SAID 1 * WOULD BE SAYING SOMETHING .

I've bought three laptops from this company over the last few years. All have been in excellent condition and continue to work well. One arrived with a technical issue but Sam arranged to collect it and replaced it swiftly with no quibble. Great service all round.

I bought a computer refurbished computer and I'm sincerely pleased with it and the service in general. I talked with Sam who gave me all the specs on the computer and offered to upgrade the amount of ram from 16 to 32 gb. I had a minor delay with the deliver of the computer, but Sam compensated with also upgrading the SSD installed. I received the computer today and all I expected, mint conditions.

I just bought my 6th Lenovo laptop from Sam at Refurbished Laptops Ltd since 2013 and the service and price have been superb. All of them are still running although I have upgraded to bigger, faster machines as the technology has evolved. Some older laptops are running background tasks like CCTV monitoring or supporting some kid with her first commupter. Others are used for entertainment while I move on close to the cutting edge for work. I've never had a problem that Sam couldn't instantly fix and the price is much less than half the price of a new, off the shelf laptop. This is good for my needs, very good for my bank balance, and recycling is good for the planet!
