Kaira Sound Therapy

My friend and I had the most wonderful sound bath experience yesterday. Tony has a very kind and gentle manner that immediately put us both at ease, as this was a new experience for us both. It was soo relaxing and I felt healing on a very deep level, whilst feeling perfectly safe encased in the powerful sounds of the gongs and singing bowls. I also experienced a lot of third eye activation and came away feeling like a new woman! Throughly recommend. Amazing experience ticked off my bucket list.

I have been to a few of Tonys gong baths. I love the feeling of the vibration going through my body up through my feet down to my fingertips. I have problems with my hip and lower back as well as not being a good sleeper . After one of Tons sessions I have to say I can definitely feel a difference. Even if you only get an hour of relaxation from the session it is well worth it to have that one hour to yourself. Everybody needs time for themselves and this is one way to be sure to get it. With the vibration of the gongs and the pure healing sound of the crystal bowls I feel like Im in heaven

I had my 1st sound bath with Tony today and I absolutely loved it. Tony was welcoming and made me and my friend feel very comfortable, beautiful surroundings and a very positive experience. Cant wait to have another one soon!
