The Kings Arms

Stayed on the CL on site a couple of years ago, during covid. They were very well organised, considering the situation at the time, and would deliver food direct to your caravan, if you wanted. The pitches were alongside the beer garden (or a distance away if preferred), and you felt part of the "community" when the pub was open, and tranquil when closed.

Lovely pub with great atmosphere and good service. Nice to see such a good guest ale at a Wadworths pub.

Turned up wet and cold after a morning cycling. Extremely helpful and flexible staff who extended lunch serving times and treated us to a lovely plate of hot soup and chips. Hit the spot perfectly. A special mention to the barman who was particularly attentive to our needs. Thank you!

Amazing vegetarian Sunday lunch (best cauliflower cheese and Yorkshire pudding weve had with a pub Sunday lunch), definitely recommend and will be returning to try out the regular menu at some point too
