        I spoke to some one about day trips and how bad there website was to look for day trips don't know who set there website up but it's rubbish and useless think a 7 year old child set it up when I said that they was very rude and said I can try other companies that got a better website was rude about it and very rude about my disability after I said I would need help to get on a coach and was rude to me and said there drivers r not care assistants with that I said good bye and told the person they was very rude and very ignorant and told them I hope there company goes into bankruptcy then put the phone down

        The coaches are excellent, modern and comfortable. The drivers are very good, polite and helpful. The office staff are lovely, but office procedures need updating.
