    Ordered my sofa from here 3-4 months ago and arrived yesterday. Giving 3 stars because i really like the sofa that i ordered but there was many problems along the way. The staff are nice but there was way toooo many miscommunications from the beginning. When ordering my sofa, they have said it gets made quickly within a month or so i believe. Got told i would get a call after 2 weeks of placing my deposit (to tell me their making it) , they never called so i had to call. When i called after a few weeks of placing my order to see whats happening, i heard that i have to be on a waiting list as its custom made? let that slide as it wasnt a massive deal but that is something that should of been cleared from the get go. Also when i first ordered my sofa, i told them specifically that i have to do my living up so i have to chuck my sofas out. Before i chuck my sofas out i asked if they can call me to tell me that they are going to make the sofas. They didnt do that. Obviously, if i chucked my sofas out and started on my living room where would we all sit? The person who took my deposit aswell said for me to wait upon his call so he will tell me when to chuck my sofas out so i have time to start on my living room before the new one comes in. I have ordered an L sofa from here and my previous sofas i had 3 2 seater sofas. As you can imagine, to paint with those sofas around would be a nightmare as it was taking so much space in my living room. I got a call to say that their ready to deliver. I was shocked as my living room wasnt prepared, nothing was done. I said do you not remember you said you were gonna call for me to chuck my sofas out? He said no :/ he dont remember :/// After a few weeks, another miscommunication from them and i got told on the phone by someone from the store that i have to change the size for my sofa? didnt make sense as we went to that company so it can be custom made. Called a day after to see why i need tochange the size of my sofa and someone else that picked up the phone was confused, so was i! Let that slide too as he reassured me and said the size i have given it will be made to that size. When my sofa arrived, it was packaged. when i first ordered my sofa i asked would there be any issue with the sofas going through the flat or anything? They said no they have done this many times. Once delivered, as i inspected my sofas, i see paint scraped onto my sofa when they brang it in. Then their reason was because it was so tight the doors and cant do nothing about it? They could see i was abit annoyed and left it as that. To be honest, it was abit unfair as they say all these things about it being possible so you order. When I told my friends, they say i did let alot of things slide. the company left knowing me and my mum was unhappy due to the paint on the sofa. If they struggled, rather than having 2 people deliver, maybe they should get extra help? The person had a We cant do much attitude after i raised my concern with the paint on my sofa. It was way too early in the morning to say much. I really do understand how hard it is to deliver sofas up to but we pay good money for it to be delivered in good condition? Also on the day of the delivery i asked how long would it take to set up the sofa, he said 5 mins. Infact it took 25 mins as they had to get the sofas up. When they were on their way here, i think they got lost. Then when i did ask how comes you went all the way to that end of so and so road? I believe the blame kind of fell on me for their mistake? On the day we ordered, we had given the right address as i still have the receipt. This is not a negative review as they are such nice people and i wish the best for them and their business but they really should fix on their service and make things abit clear. i would stress near enough every week regards to the sofa and having to chase them up. But either than that my sofa is really nice apart from the paint mark. Before ordering, do your research and make sure you get all the answers you need from them.
