I have been a landlord for more then 20 years and I must say it is hard to find such a knowledgeable agency and so professional who can deliver time after time. Rent Guarantee available at market value. The property management is outstanding . The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work guys

Absolutely disgusting service. Found me the type of tenant I specifically did NOT ask for (on benefits), but claimed that they knew the tenant for years and can be trusted. Stupidly trusted the agents and ended up losing on nearly 3k of rent due to non payment. Also the agents were paid a hefty bonus by the local council for placing an unemployed on benefits tenant into my property, but this was obviously not declared to me. The agents didn't even bother tell me for three months when the rent started to fall short. I had to figure it out myself and chase them for what is happening. So much for being in charge of my property! They take forever to reply to a simple email or phone call. I ended up having to deal with the tenant issue all by myself. I would avoid this estate agency at all costs. The staff are rude and inconsiderate and clearly don't know how to look after their clients. Avoid at all costs.
