Ramsey Moore

We chose Ramsey Moore to sell our house after obtaining valuations from 3 other estates agents. We had been following the local property sales market for some time and we were already aware that Ramsey Moore had been successful at selling some neighbouring properties in good time and at a very good prices. On valuation day, Derek came over and impressed us with his knowledgeable and relatable approach to marketing. Of all the other companies that had given us valuations, Derek was the only one who seemed to pick up on our main priority - a very quick sale - whereas others were more focused on going through the normal process of open marketing. Even before we signed up with Ramsey Moore, Derek had made phone calls and found us a buyer. Of course, we signed a contract with them and, even though we had a buyer, our property was still marketed as a plan B. Thankfully, the plan A worked out and the house was sold in 8 weeks. Derek worked efficiently and effectively with the solicitors and gave them a friendly nudge, when necessary. He kept us informed and updated at all times. We would definitely feel confident in recommending Derek at Ramsey Moore to anybody who asked for a recommendation. Thank you Derek and all the best

Emailed them requesting a valuation did not get a response of any kind, obviously didn't need the business Wentworth a better estate agent.

I dont recommend this estate agent wasted my time I made an offer of 395k on House 133 Maybury road barking I was in strongest position I have provided everything but they havent even looked at my email, Tony who dealt with this property said havent seen my email but that is not true. No point view and make an offer, from the first day made the discussion who is the buyer for the property wasting everyone else time.
