Steps Estate Agents

I contacted the agency for a viewing, from the beginning they were awful. They sent agents that didnt know anything about the property. Then I spent over a week chasing them for the outcome, eventually I received an email with the outcome. The agent said I wasnt successful as the landlords went with someone else. So I booked another viewing with a different agency, they allowed me to view the property straight away, contacted the landlord with my offer which was accepted within 2 hours. The contract is now in the process of being drawn up and references checked. Talk about different ends of the stick. Worst part was the agent made me feel bad for being on maternity and said I could get rejected because of this, surely thats discrimination! Never again with steps!
