        Extremely unkept. This is a big shop with a lot of clothes on racks. The clothes are all mixed up, size-wise , clothes are falling of hangers, shoes and clothes on the floor in a mess, books are a mess, nothing is being tidied up, it's chaotic. One staff member spent ages sweeping parts of the floor very slowly and watching me, while all the merchandise is still disorganised, then he proceeded to emerge from the back of the shop munching a packet of crisps while he stood beside the till. The other member of staff was yawning loudly. There are some good bargains in the shop but very disorganised. Hangers need to be put into size order and this needs to be checked regularly to keep things in order and presentable for an easy customer experience.. Everything in the store was 3 or under. 10 dvds/cds for 1 4 books for 1

        This shop is always a mess, nothing is tidy, clothes drop on floor, clothes are hardly sized on the hanger. Staff always out the back of the shop, needs an overhaul
