I sold a property through Balgores. Sarah is honestly hands down the best estate agent I have come across. She is driven to sell and was very supportive throughout the entire process. Sarah was so confident that she gave me a time frame. She went above and beyond to ensure that the property was sold within the time frame she gave me. I was really impressed. I definitely recommend her to prospective sellers.

The agents are liar. We wanted to put an offer but they said after viewing we can do that. Half an hour before the viewing, they cancelled and said property is gone. When asked one agent said they had few viewing before and one of the tenant called and offered last night. Their manager Paul said the landlord found a tenant and arranged viewing last night and the property is gone. They are not even consistent in their lies. Stay away from this agency.

Balgores staff in Dagenham Branch Letting Dept are very friendly and approachable. its easy to get in touch with them either via phone or email. They are knowledgeable and accurate in managing properties Paul Loading (Area Lettings Manager) done an amazing job for getting a tenant to our property in less than 3 weeks Emily Lane Marla also done the back office documentations to ensure that all necessary documents are processed and in line with the letting procedures . We've use Balagores Mortgage advisor (Peter) from Hornchurch Branch on 2016 when we bought our first property 2022, Balgores Basildon(Callum and Logan), and Romford Branch (Cemalie Doganca) helped us processing our remortgage and purchased the second property If anyone looking to buy a property or letting their properties. I strongly recommend Balgores because they will help from beginning to end and you will be happy and satisfied with the result of their works They deserve to get a 5* because they done an amazing job for us.
