        Got my first nose piercing and the owner couldnt even do it properly. When I went to complain she completely disregarded it and said that she had too much experience to make a mistake. So I got another one on the other side and despite marking the position with a pen she couldnt pierce it properly and did it too high. Incompetent people. Unhygienic and appalling customer service.
