I got an appointment quite quickly as a new patient which is rare these days and my crown looks great! UPDATE: I was seen as a new patient and was happy with my crown. However, my root canal (which another dental practice did) failed, and when I went to Heathway Dental about this, they did not even give me any x rays - and gave me antibiotics even though that never works on a failed root canal. She also didnt give me a hospital referral for a second root canal, because the wait is really long. I then went back as another dentist said I may need a filling on another tooth - Heathway Dental said that isnt true. They were incorrect, another dentist has looked at it and said the decay is very bad and needs doing urgently. This dental practice is taking on too many patients. The waiting room is extremely packed every time, and dentists are clearly trying to get patients in and out very quickly. This is resulting in neglect - not doing referrals, giving improper treatment, and claiming work does not need to be done even when it does. Im not sure if this is intentional or accidental. You may want a second opinion after this dental practice says you do not need treatment.

I had 4 root canal appointments and one dental filling appointment at this clinic with Dr Niti between September and December 2022. During the first stage of the treatment she accidentally perforated my sinus lining right above the tooth she treated which later caused me an acute sinus infection, I didn't realise this until I was home and started having symptoms two days later, at first I didn't know it was sinusitis, I thought it was a common cold or flu, as I had never had a root canal before and didn't know what the risks or possible side effects were. I had antibiotics prescribed by a GP, by the time I went back for another appointment the sinusitis was relieved so I didn't bother mentioning it & didn't hold it against her as I felt it was a genuine mistake. Now looking back I realise, I should've made her aware of her negligence during that first procedure as a couple visit after that i was met with hostility. I was stunned to witness her dismissive attitude, micro- aggressiveness and unwarranted patronising behaviour towards me. At first I let it slide as I thought she might have had a tedious day, but subsequent visits to the clinic proved her behaviour to be a pattern, she wouldn't answer my queries in regards to the procedure & my oral health. A patient has a right to ask questions and it is within a medic's job to talk them through whatever concerns they might have. My last appointment for tooth filling was with a male dentist who happens to be her colleague, he thoroughly explained everything without me even needing to ask. After that I didn't even bother booking a next appointment with the receptionist. I've taken my business elsewhere. Overall poor service from the dentist herself. I will definitely not be recommending this place at all to anyone I know. There are a plethora of dentists who work with integrity & empathy, who don't project their own issues onto their patients. And I do not care for any staff on behalf of the clinic responding to this with a crafted reply in attempts to save their image. Not interested.
