        I bought a bread knife a couple of years ago and it's the single best piece of equipment in my entire house, I love it! Just ordered another as a housewarming gift for my son as he's leaving home. These are beautiful, individually made items. Can't recommend highly enough.

        I purchased a fabulous knife and lahm set from Wayne a couple of weeks ago. No more squashed loaves It arrived safely packed with blade covers and spare blades for the lahm. Cant recommend highly enough.

        I received my knife and lame a couple of days ago and I am so happy with them. They are lovely to hold, to look at, and to use. First time using my lame this morning and I achieved great results and more detail. The knife cuts through the crust easily and through the loaf with no problems. Thank you Wayne for your craftsmanship and your superb communication throughout the ordering process.
