Disappointed First time I came there I found out that my appointment is not going to happen as one girl was off sick, but they never let me know. Second time I was offered extra half hour for the previous disappointment. It was supposed to be 1 hour treatment, but in fact it was 40 minutes. Third time waited 15 minutes by the door, as they were short on staff and door was closed. Decided to go home and received a call back 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. Customer service 1/10

I booked a massage for myself and my mother in law, as a treat. We had a wonderful experience! The massages were brilliant...we were in professional, expert, and friendly hands. Literally! I will definitely go again, and would recommend this massage experience to anyone who wants some pampering, or needs to have their body taken care of! The space is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and soothing.

I had a hydrating facial & Indian head massage with Peri which was amazing. She is friendly and professional and answered all my questions. My skin felt amazing after and I felt very relaxed. Looking forward to going back again soon. Thank you Peri.

I came in last week to have a consultation with Shannon. She spoke through what we were going to do and booked me in! I went in today to have my hair done, and oh my goodness! The difference is incredible! She was so patient with me and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. She has worked wonders with my hair, and I will 100% be going back when I need it done again! 5 out of 5! Thank you again Shannon!
