They took 40 from my credit card even though I cancelled with 27 hours notice because my wife was taken ill the night before our proposed lunch. They were unrelenting in the email exchange I had with them saying business was hard and that 'everyone says they're ill to evade paying' which suggests I was lying. They may well have profited twice from my wife's illness if they re-booked the table. My cancellation was unavoidable but classed as a no-show. They even said turning up ill (and thus infecting others) was an individual choice. Tawdry service.

We had lunch at Tasting Room. The food was delicious and nicely presented. The view from the dining room was amazing. However, the service needed to match the quality of the food - rather in an amateur manner and not attentive or knowledgeable enough. Need more training.
