Paul also visited our property at very short notice during a moment of crisis for us as family - we had an exterior house fire and Paul was on hand the day after (fire was on a Sunday) to check over the gable end of our house for us and reassure us that it wasn't about to fall down. Paul called me on a Sunday after my email to him asking if he might have any appointments during the coming week following this fire - he saw to us as quickly as he could and really set our minds at ease. You can't put a price on that. Highly recommended.
