        I have an old washing machine 24 years old to be exact. It had stopped working properly but still functioned to a degree. During the pandemic I was only able to speak to Gerald on the phone but despite this he managed to diagnose the issue told us which part we needed and gave us instructions on how to replace the faulty part. It was a 10-15 minute job and cost less than 10. Couldn't be happier. Gerald is a genuine honest repair man that really wants to help you and get your machine back up and running again....especially the vintage machines.
