        Taxi never showed.!!!!stood around for 10 - 15 minutes, still no show. Had to catch a bus! Which caused me to miss my appointment that was urgent! I am Very upset, let down and disappointed! I am not angry just incedibly disappointed as I use this company regularly normally good taxi service. I now don't know when my next appointment will be. Update we didn't notice a phone call that's our fault thanks for getting back to me
