Email said delivered and even photo was taken of my flat..I went to sorting office and they said they will talk to postman... should have had parcels on 1st Feb and still waiting and no reply from office it's now16th Feb?

Had a terrible experience with the female staff member on the Wednesday, an error had been made in my postage label that the staff member had noticed and I apologised and asked for help on how to fix it, this female member of staff then decided to belittle me and showed hostility in explaining to me on how I was wrong for the error on the label, I asked the female staff member on how to fix it and she was no help as she didn't seem to believe that I didn't know what I was doing and continued to say that I did it wrong and that I can't post it this way in an aggressive manner, I believe this was totally unprofessional and that this member of staff was very rude, if your gonna post something, don't go here or don't go here on a Wednesday unless you want to get shouted at.
