Top Knots & Tails

I took my dog for the first time to this groomers. The instructions were tidy up the tail and head and shave the body. To my horror when I went to collect my dog she was missing all her tail hair and what was left looked like a rat tail. My wife chose our dog because of her black tail had a white star at the end all of this has gone, when I asked Sharon why she didnt call me to discuss the tail she just said, I have 30 years experience, basically shut up customer I know best. When my wife got home from work she was devastated. We wont be going to this groomers again. Since this has happened weve been told by a work colleague that Sharon had told her off for being 10 minutes late for an appointment. She walked out do your self a favour and avoid this groomers.

Fantastic lady my dog bonny is so calm with Sharon when she's having a nails cut I wouldn't go anywhere else

The wobbly wanderers dog wanted grooing so off se went. The place is easy to find at Swanwick but not too easy to park as it's a very busy road. But once parking places found no problem. We took his lordship in and handed him over to the groomer. We were asked to collect him an hour or so later...which we did. On arrival we were reunited with a different dog.....a clean trimmed one!. They do a great job for a reasonable price. The only thing they can't do is keep him clean afterwards!.
