        First eye test in many years today. I was politely welcomed on arrival and during all admin. Optometrist Sam was very professional and had an excellent approach, explaining all stages throughout the eye test plus the outcome. Thank you.

        Elaine at Alfreton branch has been fantastic! I am 32 years old and need hearing aids, I've had a few struggles adjusting to them in terms of fitting. Elaine has welcomed me every time and has done her best to help! Thank you so very much! Definitely recommend.
