My wife has been to this nail bar called nails &co in Alfreton several times but not again the staff are very rude and avent got the time of day and charge want they want my wife came away very upset and will not be returning and apparently looking at other reviews its quiet common so good riddance

Lovely place, owners and employees are lovely Always greeted with a smile atmosphere is nice and relaxed

Ive been coming to this salon for almost a year now and on occasion have felt staff are rude but today i have left on the verge of tears and feeling very uncomfortable. I asked for ombre black and nude to which a man and woman started talking about me in the language they speak but made it clear it was about myself as they mentioned black ombre in english. the man before has had an issue with me asking for black. Im not sure why having black nails is such a problem to them. He refused to do them today and made me wait for a lady to come finish my nails off.she was clearly annoyed id asked for what i had asked for as she was rough rushing and kept slapping my hands away. I asked for one nail to be filed less sharp and she slapped my hand away again and said later. I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable when paying for a service that is not cheap may i add. I won't be coming back again. Service: Acrylic nails

first time going today had a old set on they removed the old set and didnt damage my nails very pleased with my nails definitely will be going again
