        First class customer service from start to finish. Marie at Autochair always answered my questions thoroughly regarding choice of hoist and which cars were suitable so I could make the right decisions regarding which car to purchase.The hoist was fitted yesterday by Leon who was extremely professional, friendly and patient. He guided me through the mechanism until I felt confident. Would have no hesitation in recommending Autochair to anyone. A very positive experience.

        Fantastic!! Like many people needing a mobility scooter both I and my partner reached the stage where neither of us could actually lift it into and out of the car. Autochair came to the rescue in every way. i cannot believe how good the service was from start to finish, both with advice, demonstration and fitting. The quality of the hoist is outstanding and is extremely easy to use. And when my scooter is in the car it feels perfectly safe and sturdy, even during sudden stops. I now have complete independence and can travel and get around wherever I like without relying on others to help. I cannot fault Autochair. I would recommend them and their products 100%
