Arcotherm

Bought a Vertigo cabinet heater from them a couple of years ago - A handy, compact self contained unit that only needed an exhaust hole cut through the wall and is otherwise 'plug and play'. Great little heater and the after sales service from Alcotherm was fantastic then and continues so. This 2020 Christmas eve week, the thermistor (sensor) packed in and, envisioning a freezing workshop over Christmas, phoned Arcotherm for help. They dispatched a new thermistor the same day and I had it the following morning. The heater was 'down' less than 24 hours! Fantastic service from Arcotherm, Derby. I'm writing this on Christmas Eve from my toasty workshop. Thank thank you Jim who took my call and Michael Vincent who got it off to me so promptly. And Merry Christmas to you ..... Great business service is great.. heater failed in warranty period they sent parts to fix.. didn't sort issue so gave me brand new unit.. very happy with that as it's a 700 item.. thankyou

I called to obtain a contact number for the Head office and the lady on reception said she was to busy to help me and put the phone down. Awful service!!
