What can I say but absolutely fantastic service. We had an issue with the gear box breaking on our upvc door. We took all the mechanism to the leabrooks store. The lady couldn't have been more helpful. She replaced the old gear box and realined the top locking hook. Excellent customer service would highly recommend.

Wow tried to repair the Door Gearbox what a nightmare it fell apart went to the Leabrooks Shop at 16.15 in a panic could not lock the back door. The young lady fitted a new gear box supplied two new Handles. This is what you call excellent 5 star service . all back together door locks Thank you so much

Very helpful lady in the shop was able to match and replace a rusted lock straight away good range of tools aswell

Fantastic service the lady who served us disassembled the lock from the old unit and fitted a new lock mechanism into our original uPVC shoot bolt lock.
