The pier caps and name stones are of great quality and look very grand. The customer service has been excellent. We dealt with Liz Thornton who was extremley knowledgeable and very helpful. She was very patient even when I called several times with a change of mind. I was re-assured all the way through the process and even with the after sales care. I would definately recommend this company.

It's now past 7pm on Friday 7th October and there has been no delivery of the the material purchased. I have been waiting since this morning for this delivery. Little to no update on the status of where the delivery is. Unilaterally reschedule the delivery date due to defective items. This was following a 12 weeks waiting period. Now you are unable to meet the agreed rescheduled date. Website specifically says that delivery are expected between 8:30 and 5:30 between Monday and Friday. This level of service is totally unacceptable.

When 3rd party couriers continued to damage my orders from Acanthus, the time taken in reproducing the order due to the curing process continued to delay my build and I started to incur additional costs to the build such as extending scaffold times, window delays etc. Acanthus stepped up and proved to me that their are still companies and people who believe in good customer service. They refunded my delivery costs and made a personal delivery to ensure my stone was undamaged. Today I picked up the final piece due to them being short staffed and the order is now complete. A big Thank you to Andy Boyle for his perseverance and professionalism. Thank you.

I ordered bespoke pier caps and copings. I had very precise measurements, including bespoke curved copings for a non-standard tightening curved wall, that needed to be absolutely precise on the supplied product. I must say the caps and copings arrived in perfect condition, and were made to millimetre-perfect measurements. They are now installed and look great! (My builder commented on the high quality of the product.) Service from Acanthus was first class. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them if you require cast stone products.
