        No Quality about this Firm! I updated my Will using them. They got my name wrong from the start on correspondence and after 12 weeks finally sent a copy of my Will through the post. I was very disappointed to find NOT ONE DECENT COPY on quality paper, NO nice presentation folder or even a quality envelope to protect the contents. Instead, I received dog-eared wonky photocopies with black lines on them, done on the cheapest possible paper. The correspondence still had the mistake in my name. This lack of care and quality shows me how important my Will is to them. NOT filling me with confidence that they are competent to handle my estate. There are not many reviews on this site for them, so dont be mislead by the high scoring on the few reviews!
