As a Graduate/Student, internships can be daunting and often times confusing however, at Bidwell Henderson I had the pleasure of being part of a strong company. It was a fantastic place to work and gain new skills. The company was prepared, well-organised and very respectful. The support that BH provides interns is helpful whilst still allowing us to grow as individuals. The directors are directly engaging with interns, which is rare for larger companies (in my experience) and the opportunity impressed at every stage. Their training is high class and prepares interns for the future. It was very evident and clear that BH cares for their employees success and for the high standards that they provide their clients. Internships should all feel a lot like the one offered by Bidwell. Keep it up!

The best place to start a career, surrounded by the nicest people to work with, it is a great experience to work here. To get to carry out an apprenticeship course while working and discovering all the paths and opportunities I could take, helping out the company is a real honour. I can't think of anywhere better to work!

One of the best employers I have come across in terms of fairness and transparency and wanting to do the best by their employees. Alongside the fact that they are absolute professionals and experts in their area, they remain down to earth and friendly in their approach. All in all a pleasure to work with!
