        Went to get a key cut at Somercotes branch where on enquiry I was told to go to customer service; there were no tills in use everyone was paying there. I queued up for 10 minutes. When it was my turn I said I wanted a key cutting and the shop assistant said she would have to check if the machine was working. She went over to it, looked at it and said, 'it says out of order'. I asked if it would be fixed, she said 'someone will eventually come and fix it' and added that it was always breaking down!
