        Have used ELI a couple of times now for servicing of my Kirby G6. Found them to be both helpful and efficient. I dont live close so their courier pick up and return service is excellent and very convenient. Kirby has come back looking like new again.

        Shocking service - I called to speak with the manager and the chap who picked the phone up was so so rude. Plenty of bigger and more well know distribution companies out there that provide better levels of customer service than these.
