I would give a 0 out of 5 if possible. Had my appointment booked in for completely the wrong procedure and I was told Dr Zayne was going to be an hour late after waiting 15 minutes already and this is not the first time this has happened. Appointment was booked over 2 months ago and only interested in fleecing customers for emergency bookings. Awful customer service, avoid and use another local dentist.

I will definitely not be visiting this practice again in the future! Clean and polish service by dentist J. Cybulska-Sappon: arrived to my appointment, dentist was running behind 30-40mins (although I didnt mind the wait) once greeted by the dentist, she commented that to her assistant hopefully she can get some lunch after my treatment. J. Cybulska-Sapon then proceeded to take X-Rays of my mouth, check my gums and perform a deep clean and scale all in 15 minutes, rushing through the treatment as fast as she could, causing a lot of pain and not taking care with the procedure, catching the underneath of my tongue whilst polishing causing further pain which now feels like a burn. I asked J.Cybulska-Sapon to be careful and please slow down as she was going way too fast. She replied with this is the normal time it takes and, do you want me to finish? Although continued to speed through the procedure for another minute before completing. I understand the time pressures facing the practice, however this service has left me feeling deeply upset and disappointed as no care was taken in my procedure.

WORSE DENTIST IN DERBYSHIRE BY FAR. BANNED ME BECAUSE I LOST MY TEMPER WHEN I WAS A CHILD, AFTER THEM TAKING A TOOTH OUT AND SAYING I WILL HAVE TO PHONE MY DOCTORS TO SORT PAIN RELIEF CAUSE THEY WASNT PERSCRIBING IT ME ALTHOUGH THATS NOT HOW IT WORKS AND THEY KNOW IT. I SUFFER WITH PTSD, ADHD, OCD, ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION AND WAS FULLY DISCRIMINATED TODAY WHEN 111 SENT AN EMERGENCY REFERAL , SOMECOATS RING ME BACK AND DENY TO SEE ME REASONS BEING 8 YEARS BACK (I WAS A CHILD) LOST MY TEMPER WITH THEM. DISCGUSTING. I HAVE 3 CHILDREN AT THIS DENTIST THAT THEY ARE HAPPY FOR ME TO STEP INSIDE THIS DENTIST WITH THAT IM 'BANNED' FROM JUST CANT BE SEEN MYSELF CONTACTED NHS ENGLAND TODAY WHO HAVE PUT A COMPLAINT IN FOR ME , CONTACTED MY SOLICITOR WHO IS PHONING ME BACK NEXT WEEK TO LOOK INTO THIS FOR ME. I am an extremely nervous patient and have been to the practice a few times over the years, I used to see Dr Faiz Khan who really put me at ease but it got to the point where I couldnt get an appointment with him (I believe he worked his way quite high up and is now training dentists). It took a lot to build my courage up again to see a new dentist, so earlier this year I was seen by Dr Waquas Ali - to cut a long story short the treatment I got caused a considerable amount of pain and he didnt seem to care. He knew I was extremely nervous and just kept saying I dont know what I can do to help you before carrying on shaving down my tooth. He actually left sharp edges on my teeth to the point I had to go back twice in one day - on the second visit I was in pain yet again which he admitted would have been because of sensitivity due to the filling but refused to give any anaesthetic or any means of numbing the area. In the end I had to get him to stop and I walked out of the practice. This experience has absolutely petrified me and now I am right back at square one, too nervous to visit a dentist. This practice has gone massively downhill and none of the staff seem to give a toss (reception staff are lovely).
