Clean, easy to access, with a good arrangement of facilities (such as the pharmacy) on site. Appointments seem to generally run to time. Light and airy waiting room which is comfortable, with water dispensing units. Staff are generally polite and helpful. The biggest issue is with the parking. Disabled bays regularly used by vehicles with no blue badge on display. It is a tight and awkward layout. Numerous times now I have been blocked in a parking space, or prevented from parking in empty spaces by delivery drivers who park their large vans /trucks with absolutely no regard for patients. One driver delivering to the pharmacy even parked his van sideways across three of the disabled spaces, making them completely inaccessible for nearly twenty minutes.
