What awful customer service & unpalatable slop! Rude/disinterested/churlish staff; chicken batter was slimy in sauce yet dry/overcooked and rice and noodles were barely warm - horrible experience - and, before you reply that you ' have never received poor feedback before' there are quite a few on this site! Please may I suggest you get some customer service training for your staff and perhaps check temperature of food more fastidiously? Simply awful - will not return :-(

Would give zero stars if possible: rude, unfriendly, unhelpful staff! Dismissive of requests for allergen advice, simply pointed to a pre printed card and looked on impatiently, unable to answer direct question. The cashier came over and reiterated crossly that if it wasn't on the list it wasn't in the dishes - find this hard to believe as red Thai curry always has chilli! Finally, to add insult to possible injury, the food was tepid at best! We dared not complain, given the sour countenance of staff! AVOID!!!

Went on Easter Monday. It was busy but definitely the quietest of the other restaurants in the food court. I went for me and my daughter and wasn't fully aware of what constitutes a topping and the member of staff, quite keen to hurry me along and get the queue moving, gestured to four trays, three of which were empty. I asked about the mini chicken bites and was told that we had to pay extra for those. So going for the only available topping, and having to pay for the chicken bites separately, I ended up paying over 20 for two portions of sweet and sour chicken and rice, the chicken bites and some spring rolls. I realised afterwards that there were in fact other toppings I could have had but the member of staff did not point this out and could not have been less helpful if she tried. Partly my fault for not reading the menu properly but as I said, I was being hurried along. The quality of the food was good but in terms of value for money, it was very disappointing.
