        Here I am again. Got money transfered to my acc today gave it chance to go in. Cut a long story short.... I got put through 5 times to someone different one person out off them all was helpful. They contacted the fraud department for me and I explained what had happened. The lady said to me that it's money going out from 2-3 days ago when I didnt use it then, I used it yesterday and I'm aware off everything that went out. I tried it 4 times on the bus today and they tried making out the 20.00 - 4.00 is 18.57. when it's not. Asked if I could have the unauthorized 4.00 that went out of my account for buses if that could go back into my account and she said to me no because I know about the transaction when I didn't. So basically they have taken 2 from my account without my permission and are refusing to give it me back. Worst bank ever
